- Unbolt the padlock tab with a 1/2 inch wrench or socket.
- Place the latch rod in the 'latched' position.
- Mount 5/16 x 3/4 inch carriage bolt into the correct hole in the padlock tab.
- Install the padlock shackle into the padlock tab and secure it to the lock box using a locking nut.
- Prior to locking the padlock, open the cover and slide the latch rod into the 'open' position.
- Close the cover and move the latch rod to the 'latched' position.
