Current Sensing Relays, 2 to 20A Sensing Range

Dayton current sensor relays are designed to regulate current to protect sensitive equipment from being damaged due to over or undercurrent. They feature sensors for monitoring jam-up conditions, machine tool wear, no-load conditions, locked rotors, current loss and heater or lamp load. These relays havee a switch to select either overcurrent or undercurrent operation and an LED to indicate the status. Current Sensing Relays, SPDT, Din Rail Mount

Dayton current sensor relays are used to detect voltage changes in locked rotors, current loss, open heaters or lamp loads and switch power on or off. These internal core type relays also monitor current flow within industrial and safety-sensitive equipment. They come with green and red LED status indicators to monitor the operation and are DIN rail mounting for quick terminal connection. Choose from an array of these current sensing relays, available in current ratings ranging between 0.1/1 and 0.8/8 Amps.

Current Sensor Relays

Current sensor relays detect voltage and protect heavy machinery from sudden current changes. Raptor Supplies offers an array of current sensor relays from brands like Airotronics, Dayton, Functional Devices, Inc., Johnson Controls and Macromatic. CAH Series current sensing relays from Macromatic monitor single-phase AC current and feature a built-in toroidal through-hole current transformer for easy access. These encapsulated sensor relays are equipped with an LED that indicates fault condition and multiple loops to offer maximum sensitivity. Johnson Controls current switches monitor the current flowing through the cable and facilitate start and stop of the motor. These switches have a compact size that can fit in tight enclosures and snap-in mounting bracket allowing simple installation. Choose from a wide range of current sensing relays, available in a maximum current rating of 150 A.
