RelaysView all
Alternating Relays SPDT and DPDT cross-wired alternating relays suitable for applications in pumps, motors and air compressors. Feature an LED indicator that shows the next load to energise, and a selector switch to alternate the two loads or always operate the same load first each time
Current Sensor Relays Ideal for applications requiring over- or under-current protection of sensitive equipment, such as monitoring status of lamp loads or heaters and detecting conveyor jam-up conditions. Feature encapsulated construction ensuring protection against harsh environments
Relay Accessories Include spacers, metal & plastic retainers and jumpers that act as supplementary components to enhance the performance and functionality of Macromatic relays.
Relay Sockets 10 A relay sockets featuring an 8- / 11-pin socket capable of delivering a maximum input voltage of 600 V when establishing an electrical connection between relays and circuits
Safety Monitoring Relays One- and four-channel intrinsically safe barrier relays designed to protect field circuits from excess voltage and current. Can be easily mounted on a 35 mm DIN-rail or panel-mounted with two #8 screws
Safety Relays Ensure safe operation of equipment & systems by monitoring the performance of safety circuits and interrupting power to the equipment if a safety hazard is detected.
Solid State Timer Relays Seven- and nine-pin surface-mounted encapsulated timing relays designed to perform multiple functions, including on-delay, interval-on, off-delay and single-shot. Feature a contact ampere rating of 10 A and SPDT contact form
Time Delay Relays Designed to start or stop current from moving in coils, circuits or armatures. Feature 10 / 15 A contact ampere rating and SPDT / DPDT contact form
Voltage Sensor Relays Used to protect 120 / 240 VAC equipment against over- or under-voltage conditions using high-performance voltage sensor relays
FusesView all
Fuse Covers Used for protection of both equipment and operator from circuit overloading. Feature a clip with a threaded hole eliminating the additional requirement of nuts or washers and provide a tightening torque of 8 in-lb

TimersView all
Electronic Timers 120 VAC timers used for switching lights or starting industrial machines at the preset time slots. Feature DPDT / SPDT contact forms that trigger by the closing and opening of a signal
About Macromatic
The Macromatic catalogue includes percentage timers and relays, such as current sensing, alternating, seal leak, voltage monitor and time delay relays. The brand's CAH Series CAH Series current sensing relays are designed for detecting either an overcurrent or undercurrent faults. These relays are capable of monitoring only single-phase AC supplies and are encapsulated with a dual-screw mounting facility for protection in harsh environments. They are further equipped with 10A SPDT output contacts that can easily handle high currents & voltages. Macromatic time delay relays have a microprocessor-based design for maximum flexibility. They are ideal for industrial applications and offer normally open output for long life & high duty cycle applications. Choose from a wide range of these relays and other brand products, such as water level controls and relay sockets on Raptor Supplies.
Things To Consider
Cross-Reference Alternatives
Macromatic's MPNs cross individual references to the equivalent Dayton, Vulcan Hart & Edwards Signaling model numbers. So, if you are looking for competitor items that are either out of stock or obsolete, chances are Raptor Supplies has the equivalent Macromatic relays & controls available.
Shipping
Macromatic relays & timers are available in SPDT and DPDT contact forms that activate by the opening & closing of the signal. These relays, timers, water level controls and accessories are small in size & therefore require careful packaging as some products might get damaged while shipping. Hence, they are delivered by courier shipment and not air freight for minimum downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between memory and non-memory reset timers?
The RT Series reset timers are available in memory and non-memory variants. The standard RT Series keeps its timing cycle state when power is lost for applications that need memory. When the power comes back, the timer keeps running without changing the timing cycle. The units without memory reset the timing cycle to zero when power is turned off and later start when power turns on again.
What terminals can work with Micromatic sockets?
The sockets from Micromatic can accept ferrules, stripped wire, fork and ring terminals.
Can I set the 'on-time' and 'off-time' separately on a cycle timer?
Choose a device with either the 'Repeat Cycle ON' or 'Repeat Cycle OFF' capability if you need to individually set the ON and OFF time on a cycle timer.
What is the minimum duration of a trigger pulse to a time delay relay?
All Macromatic time delay relays are required to apply triggers for a minimum of 50 ms according to their product requirements.
How does a thermal time delay relay work?
- When the input voltage is applied, the time delay relay is prepared to receive a trigger.
- The time delay begins when the trigger is applied.
- The output is turned on at the end of the time delay.
- The output connections are kept electrified for the time delay after the trigger is withdrawn.
