Q. How to assemble this Vestil MDS-96-BK bicycle storage shelter?
A.
- Lay out wall supports. The mounting plate's longer sides must be toed-in towards one another.
- Before you begin putting the self-tapping screws (that hold the side walls) to the wall supports, measure 4 inches up from the bottom of the mounting pads.
- Make sure that the screws securing the siding to the frame are facing the bottom side of the wall while installing the centre angle iron rail on the side walls & back wall.
- Using a 4-inch spacer, elevate the back wall panel and attach it to the wall supports.
- Install at least 1-piece bolt with 2 pieces of 3/8 inch washers per support on each side of the mounting pads.
- Insert 1 piece of a 9-inch long spacer for both sides.
- From the front of the shed, lift the opposite side of the roof panel and install it.
- Install bolts and nuts to each side of the roof along with washers (above & below the mounting pad).
- To secure the shed to the ground, use the mount pad holes.
- With 1 self-tapping screw, attach the smoker's rest to the middle back frame of the shed, and repeat on the other side.
- Place the smoker's shield in the shed's front door.
- Use 2 self-tapping screws to secure the top of the smoker's shield to the shed.
