These valves have brass construction with synthetic metal gaskets for withstanding high pressure. They can handle a range of CFC, HFC and HCFC refrigerants with safe working pressures of 500, 650 or 700 psi. These normally closed valves cut off the supply of refrigerants in absence of a power supply and allow refrigerant flow when the power supply is turned on.
