Starrett S234E is a set of five end measuring rods with lengths between 1 and 5 inches. This set is designed for use with Starrett S436.1 and S436 micrometer sets having a measuring range of 0 - 6 inches.
These Starrett end measuring rods are made of special tool steel with hardened ends that are accurately lapped to a spherical radius and can also be used for measuring parallel surfaces and checking precision measuring tools.
