Pneumatic Lubricators

Wilkerson L30 EconOmist Series lubricators are suitable for lubricating pneumatic components in compressed air systems. These modular air line lubricators feature a transparent, full view sight dome for quickly identifying lubricant level and a quick disconnect clamp ring for ensuring easy bowl removal. They have a siphon tube filter for filtering the lubricant before supplying it to the system. Texas Pneumatic Tools Tri-Star Arrowfog lubricators inject aerosolised steam of oil into an airline to lubricate the internal working parts of actuating cylinders, motors, valves and other pneumatic tools. They feature metal or polycarbonate bowls with sight glass for visual indication of oil drop rates and provide a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi. Further, these bowls (selected models) can be filled while the airline is under pressure and offer up to 20 ounce bowl capacities. They operate on temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 160 degrees F and are available in flow rates of 16 and 142 cfm.

Texas Pneumatic Tools inline lubricators are used with pneumatic hammers, impact wrenches, nut runners, grinders and air screwdrivers. They are ideal for consistent oiling to increase the longevity of air tools. They ensure smooth operation, reduce downtime, eliminate repairs and decrease the cost of operation. These air tool oilers are installed at a distance of 6 to 8 feet from the tools. They feature a metering valve to adjust the oil flow & sight disk in the housing to visually inspect oil levels.
