Pneumatic Lubricators

Parker micro-mist lubricators are designed for injecting oil mist into flowing air streams of pneumatic devices, such as cylinders, valves and motors in factory automation, food & beverage and packaging industries. These air tool oilers feature a precision needle valve for allowing repeatable oil deliveries and multiple adjustments of the desired flow rates, and a transparent sight dome to provide 360-degree visibility. To lubricate systems having a complex piping configuration, these airline lubricators operate on an industrial-grade lubrication mechanism capable of generating oil particles as small as 5 microns in both low and high airflows. Texas Pneumatic Tools inline lubricators are used with pneumatic hammers, impact wrenches, nut runners, grinders and air screwdrivers. They are ideal for continuous oiling to increase the longevity of air tools. They are equipped with an air filter to entrap contaminants in the lubricant flow and ensure smooth operation, reduce downtime, eliminate repairs & decrease the cost of operation. The air filters have threads to attach to the oiler on one side and air tool on the other side. These air tool oilers feature a metering valve to adjust the oil flow & sight disk in the housing to visually inspect oil levels.

Texas Pneumatic Tools Tri-Star Arrowfog lubricators inject aerosolised steam of oil into an airline to lubricate the internal working parts of actuating cylinders, motors, valves and other pneumatic tools. They feature metal or polycarbonate bowls with sight glass for visual indication of oil drop rates and provide a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi. Further, these bowls (selected models) can be filled while the airline is under pressure and offer up to 20 ounce bowl capacities. They operate on temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 160 degrees F and are available in flow rates of 16 and 142 cfm.
