They are equipped with heavy-duty steel chains and soft handles that help to easily lift 1/4 to 6-ton loads. These lever chain hoists comprise dual-stage reduction gearing, Weston-style load brakes / double disc brakes and rugged alloy steel, nickel-plated grade 100 load chains. Choose from a range of these lever chain hoists, available in 1650, 3300 and 6600 lb load capacity variants.

Working Mechanism
- The working of the lever chain hoist is based on a simple mechanical principle of the lever system.
- It comprises a lever arm, a load-bearing chain and a fulcrum point (hook).
- When the operator applies force to the lever arm, the lever system multiples the force and converts it into a pulling force on the chain.
- As the lever arm is moved back & forth, the laid chain is pulled through the lifting mechanism, causing the load to be lifted off the ground.
- The operator controls the speed and direction of the lifting motion by adjusting the position of the lever arm.
