Compression Seals
Palmetto Packings compression seals are oven-dried and calendared to reduce moisture and compress the packing between pumps and valves. The brand's 1030AF Series packing seals feature Kynol / Aramid construction for high tensile strength, minimal smoke emission and excellent flame resistance. With a maximum shaft speed of 2000 fpm, these seals are capable of withstanding pressures up to 200 psi in pumps & 1800 psi in valves, respectively at a maximum temperature of 800 degrees F.
