IEC Supplementary Protectors, D Curve
Dayton IEC supplementary protectors are miniature circuit breakers following D curve characteristic, designed for protecting electrical equipment and used in conjunction with branch circuit protection when connecting to external devices. These IEC protectors, rated 277VAC or 480VAC, feature thermal magnetic trip for both long-time & instantaneous current limiting protection and a toggle actuator to act as trip indicator & enable manual tripping operation. They are equipped with screw clamp terminals and DIN rail mounting to accommodate aluminium & copper wires of sizes up to 2 AWG and provide a secure connection with panelboards. These UL-listed & CSA-certified IEC supplementary protectors are available in 1, 2 and 3 pole configurations on Raptor Supplies.
