Working Mechanism

  • The pipes have a conical thread at least on one end to fix the part via weldless eye nuts or eye rods.
  • With the clamp face facing the threads, slide the clamp onto the pipe.
  • Slide the pipe through the keyhole into the threaded clamp assembly.
  • Screw the clamp until it is tightly fitted.

  • Anvil pipe clamps have carbon steel or malleable iron construction for improved durability or ductility, respectively.
  • They can withstand loads up to 1040 lb, at temperatures ranging from 650 to 750 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • They have plain or hot dip galvanised finish with zinc-plated bolts & nuts to resist corrosion and ensure long life.
  • These metal detachable models enable the assembling of a racking system and prevent piping disasters.
  • They can accommodate pipe sizes ranging from 1-1/2 to 6 inches.

  • Install the hose on the pipe or fitting, which expands the hose.
  • Measure the outside diameter (O.D.) of the hose
