Quick Connect Air Couplings

Parker PD Series nipples connect with the PD Series couplers under push-to-connect operation for hydraulic & pneumatic applications in fluid or air system maintenance & troubleshooting, mobile equipment engines, cooling systems and industrial hydraulic systems. These non-spill couplings with flush face valves reduce spillage and entry of air while connecting or disconnecting fluid lines. They have steel construction with zinc & clear trivalent chromate plating and a nitrile seal for corrosion resistance, thereby preventing entry of dust and withstanding a maximum operating pressure of 6000 psi. Selected models have bulkhead end fitting configurations for specific system installations and panel mounting. Choose from a wide range of these male / female threaded nipples with NPTF, UNF, Metric, Triple-Loc or Seal-Loc port end connections.

Parker Tool-Mate Series couplers are designed for easy connection / disconnection of compressed air tools to airline systems under high pressure. These units have polyamide body with galvanised steel port ends offering strength and resistance in corrosive environments. They feature push-to-connect operation to snug fit with industrial interchange nipples and have pull sleeve action (in the direction of arrow) to release the two components free. Selected models (exhaust style couplers) allow disconnection at zero pressure to prevent whipping of a pressurised hose that might cause serious damage and meets ISO 4414 standards. Choose from a wide range of these pneumatic quick couplings available in gray (standard / non-venting) and black (exhaust / venting) colours.

Parker 6100 Series couplers are ideal for connecting with the 6100 Series nipples under pressure for hydraulic operations in oil & gas drilling, bulk liquid transfer and submersible pump applications. These low spill couplings have connection indicator grooves for indicating when the connection is complete and valves are fully open for use in fluid transfer lines. They have brass construction with steel hex / wing nut sleeves, a nitrile seal and NPTF port ends for strength, corrosion resistance and liquid-tight operations. Choose from a wide range of these couplers, available in 3/4, 1, 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 inch coupling sizes.
