Quick Connect Air Couplings

Parker Pioneer OEM interchange couplers and male tips provide reliable aftermarket couplers and nipples to connect specific OEM interchange quick couplings for applications in agricultural farm equipment and hydraulic loaders. They have steel construction with female NPTF / ORB threading for strength, durability and easy installations. The male tips feature hardened locking ball grooves for resistance against wear and brinelling. Parker 6600 Series nipples are used in hydraulic fluid systems for a secure and leak-free connection of hoses or pipes with compatible female ORB / NPTF type port configurations. They are made of steel with zinc-chromate plating for corrosion resistance and improve durability. These couplers have double shut-off poppet valves that prevent the flow of fluid in both directions and include nitrile seals to resist oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, water and other chemicals. These nipples are designed to be interchangeable with other quick-disconnect couplings complying with ISO 7241-1 Series A standards.

These high tensile steel units provide excellent strength and capability to withstand 6000 PSI continuous operating pressure and grip-tight knurled sleeves for making quick connection / disconnection while wearing gloves. These nipples are permanently mounted at the threaded test ports, rigid tubings or hose assemblies and are available in UNF, Seal-Lok, NPTF and Triple-Lok type connections.
