They feature fully ergonomic controls to invert the drums safely and weigh during the pouring process to dispense the precise quantity. They further come with an in-built control panel comprising lift & lower buttons with on / off switch, tilt & lift control lever, internal 24 volt battery plugs with disconnect facility, a horn, walkie travel speed, twist-grip speed control and a belly-button reversing switch. The raise or lower control handles are used to actuate the walkie brake and feather for accurate payload positioning. Morse 400 Series Hydra-Lift Drum Karriers are used for controlling the drum movements while lifting, moving or pouring the inner contents, with minimal effort. They are capable of pouring 55-gallon (210 liter) drums weighing up to 800 lb and also provide a 360-degree tilt control facility in either direction. These units feature a MORCINCH drum handling system that automatically cinches 23.5 inch drums to a 22 inch (outer diameter) model, and a step-down floor lock to retain the drum position while dispensing.
